25 Things You Must Never do at the GYM

  1. Don’t stare at girls.
  2. Don’t take selfies.
  3. Spend more time working out than checking yourself out in the mirror. Muscle takes time to grow.
  4. Don’t wear jeans.
  5. Try to keep your yelling and screaming at a bare minimum.
  6. No Curling in the Squat rack.
  7. Don’t be on your phone.
  8. Don’t lave a mess. Put the weights back.
  9. Clean up your own sweat and use a towel.
  10. Don’t hold up the machines while having a conversation. The gym is to workout and not socialize.
  11. Don’t wear boots, sandals, flip flops.
  12. Don’t spit at the water fountain or wash your face. Its disgusting.
  13. Don’t act unprofessional around trainers who are with their clients.
  14. Don’t correct the form of obese people unless you know them. They  can be very sensitive and self conscious at first.
  15. Don’t wear baggy clothes.
  16. Don’t wear super tight clothes.
  17. Don’t ask someone who is in good shape if they take steroids or what they think about them.
  18. Don’t hit on girls.
  19. Don’t make others wait if you have to fill your bottle. Let them go first.
  20. Don’t go to class late. If you’re late workout in your own that day.
  21. Don’t get in front of another person’s mirror.
  22. Don’t wait for machine. Let me explain. If someone says they have about 5 minutes left on the machine, don’t cross your arms, or sit down on the next machine and wait for the person to finish. Instead let them know where you are going to be and most likely they will come and get you.
  23. Don’t carry your gym bag on the floor. Put it in the lockers. That’s what they are for.
  24. Don’t talk from the other side of the room. No body cares what you have to say.
  25. Don’t drop your weights. I personally hate this people because they’re just looking for attention really.
